Through Barzah App, investors would access Barzah Share for Real Estate Crowdfunding, Barzah Token for Real Estate Tokenization, and Barzah Exchange as a Private Secondary Market, subject to applicable regulatory approvals. No App download, investment or exchange service is available.
Real estate is Barzah’s initial market focus, while Barzah TSP is being designed to support additional eligible real-world asset classes as the regulatory framework and business model develop.
